The Cohan Auditorium transformed into a thrilling game show arena for the Policy Feud hosted by the Quality Assurance Office! 50 sharp and competitive participants representing 8 dynamic teams went head-to-head to prove who knows our institutional guidelines best.

Who knew compliance could be this much fun? 🏆

Far from your usual seminar, this high-stakes game night was held in line with UERM’s commitment to ISO standards. By gamifying our rules, the event successfully promoted policy awareness, strict compliance, top-tier teamwork, and our continuous drive for improvement.

Congratulations to all the teams who buzzed in with the highest energy, and proved that mastery of our standards is always a winning strategy! 🧠✨

The UERM team spent a meaningful day on June 17, 2026, reaching out to our neighbors in Barangay Doña Imelda, Quezon City, as we provided free eye screenings, diabetes and hypertension consultations. This will not be made possible without our volunteers from the Department of Family and Community Medicine led by Rhey Kenneth De Torres, MD, Department of Medicine, Department of Ophthalmology, Nursing Services, Central Sterile Supply Department, our Postgraduate Interns, Pharmacy, Admitting, Medical Records, Nutrition Management and Facilities Management & Engineering.

For many families, routine check-ups can be difficult to prioritize. That’s why bringing these essential services straight to the heart of the community is so important to us. We are incredibly grateful to the 120 constituents who trusted us with their care and took an active step toward a healthier tomorrow.

UERM Medical Center welcomed the start of the week and the official mark of the 69th Anniversary on June 15, 2026, with a Thanksgiving Mass reflecting on the enduring legacy and our shared hope for the years to come. We offer our deepest gratitude for the blessings of yesterday, the dedication of our team today, and the exciting milestones awaiting us tomorrow.
