- Assist the hard-of-hearing by providing real-time captions to their telephone calls

What you should have:
- Extensive exposure to native speakers of English
- Keen listening skills
- Clear enunciation
- Neutral accent
- Firm understanding of a wide range of American accents
- Excellent communications skills
- Willing to work for a 24/7 account
- Willing to work in Eastwood QC or IT Park Cebu

What you should least worry about:
- Age restrictions (as long as 18+)
- Educational attainment is not an issue
- BPO experience (Not a requirement)
- Having to deal with AHT, CSAT and Sales Quotas & other typical BPO metrics

What you will most likely go through:
- Initial interview
- Validation interview
- Re-voicing Test
- Final Interview
