The participants of the Accompaniment Program for Formators (APF), in collaboration with the Community Involvement Office coordinator, Ms. Sheba A. Martinez Sam Azcona and the PANGISDA, Pilipinas community, planted mangrove seedlings in the Ligtong 2, Rosario, Cavite City.

** Mangroves are powerful blue carbon ecosystems. They absorb and store massive amounts of carbon dioxide making them vital in the fight against climate change.

The women religious participating the APF are sponsored by the Conrad N. Hilton Foundation thru the CMSP - Conference of Major Superiors in the Philippines.
