Stay Cool:

Drink plenty of water to stay hydrated.

Avoid outdoor activities during peak heat hours (10 AM - 4 PM).

Wear light-colored clothing and a hat to stay cool.

Use fans, air conditioning, or stay in the shade to avoid heat exhaustion.

Signs of Heat Stress:

Headache, dizziness, nausea, excessive sweating.
