In line with Division Memorandum No. 305, s. 2026, Basecamp Elementary School officially launches the 2026 Oplan Balik Eskwela (OBE) School Public Assistance Command Center to ensure a smooth, organized, and learner-friendly opening of classes for School Year 2026–2027.

The School OBE-PACC will operate from June 1 to 11, 2026, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM to assist parents, learners, and stakeholders regarding enrollment, school concerns, learner services, and other related inquiries.
