📢 THREE-TERM SCHOOL CALENDAR | SY 2026-2027

🚨Building a Disaster-Ready School Community|NSED

Sevilla Elementary School actively participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill at 9:00 AM on June 18, 2026, under the leadership of School Head Sir Mark Francis E. Munar.

The activity was actively participated in by learners, teaching and non-teaching personnel, and parents, demonstrating the school's collective commitment to safety and disaster preparedness.

Following the drill, School DRRM Facilitators Sir Maldo and Ma’am Tuyan conducted a brief discussion on the importance of earthquake preparedness and the proper safety measures to observe before, during, and after an earthquake.

Through this activity, Sevilla Elementary School continues to promote awareness, preparedness, and a culture of safety within the school community.

🇵🇭 Celebrating Philippine Independence Day 🇵🇭

In celebration of Philippine Independence Day, the learners of Sevilla Elementary School took part in a meaningful classroom activity on June 11, 2026.

This activity helped deepen their appreciation of our nation's history, freedom, and the sacrifices of our heroes.

Through this celebration, our young learners were reminded of the importance of patriotism, unity, and love for our country.

First Homeroom and PTA Assembly | June 11, 2026

Sevilla Elementary School successfully conducted its First Homeroom and PTA Assembly today, June 11, 2026, at 8:00 AM. The activity served as an avenue to strengthen collaboration between parents and the school in ensuring the holistic development and success of our learners.

During the assembly, parents and guardians were oriented on the implementation of the Three-Term School Calendar, relevant DepEd Orders, and important school rules, policies, and regulations. Discussions also focused on promoting a safe, supportive, and productive learning environment for all pupils.

Following the general assembly, parents and guardians proceeded to their respective classrooms for the Classroom PTA Meeting. This activity provided an opportunity for parents to actively participate in school affairs and strengthen their partnership with teachers in supporting learners’ academic growth and well-being.

Sevilla Elementary School extends its heartfelt gratitude to all parents and guardians for their active participation and continued support in fostering quality education for our learners.

📢🚨 EARTHQUAKE DRILL | June 9, 2026

In response to the recent seismic activities reported in parts of the Philippines, Sevilla Elementary School conducted an unannounced earthquake drill to strengthen the preparedness and safety awareness of learners and personnel.

Upon hearing the alarm, pupils immediately performed the “Duck, Cover, and Hold” procedure and orderly proceeded to their designated evacuation areas. Teachers and assigned marshals efficiently guided the learners, ensuring a safe and organized evacuation.

The activity was headed by the School Head, Sir Mark Francis E. Munar and facilitated by Sir Charlie D. Graycochea, who emphasized the importance of disaster preparedness and the need for everyone to remain alert, vigilant, and ready during emergency situations.

The successful conduct of the drill demonstrated the school's commitment to promoting a culture of safety and ensuring a secure learning environment for all learners and personnel.

✨️OFFICIAL OPENING OF CLASSES|SY2026-2027

Sevilla Elementary School officially welcomed the new school year through a meaningful flag-raising ceremony, followed by a warm welcome message from our School Head, Sir Mark Francis E. Munar.

Also highlighted was the presentation of the teaching and non-teaching personnel, introducing the dedicated individuals who will work together in nurturing, guiding, and supporting our learners throughout the school year.

As we embark on another journey of learning and growth, we warmly welcome all pupils, parents, teachers, and stakeholders. May this school year be filled with exciting opportunities, meaningful experiences, and remarkable achievements for everyone.
