Sacyud Elementary School successfully conducted its General Parents' Orientation under the leadership of Ma'am Rodalia G. Pumares. The orientation served as an important avenue for strengthening the partnership between the school and parents in supporting learners' academic success and overall development.

Key agenda discussed include the Three-Term Calendar, Grading System, Attendance Requirements, Learning Support Programs, Reading at Home, Homework Monitoring, and School Policies. The meeting also featured the Election of PTA Officers and the dissemination of other important school updates.

The school extends its heartfelt gratitude to all parents and guardians for their active participation, cooperation, and commitment to providing a positive and supportive learning environment for every child.

Sacyud Elementary School proudly joins the nation in celebrating National Flag Day, honoring the symbol of our freedom, unity, and patriotism. As we raise the Philippine Flag with pride and respect, may we continue to uphold the values of courage, integrity, and love for our country.

Sacyud Elementary School successfully conducted the CRLA Reading Assessment for Key Stage 1, the Phil-IRI Reading Assessment for Key Stage 2, and the Rapid Math Assessment (RMA) for Grades 1–6, yesterday June 10, 2026.

Administered by the class advisers, Reading Coordinators and Math Coordinator, these assessments serve as important tools in identifying learners' strengths and needs in literacy and numeracy, guiding the school in providing appropriate interventions to support every child's learning journey.

Sacyud Elementary School was honored to welcome the Education Program Supervisors (EPS) for their school monitoring visit. The activity provided an opportunity to assess school operations, monitor educational programs, and offer valuable recommendations to further improve teaching and learning outcomes. We sincerely appreciate their guidance, support, and commitment to ensuring quality education for all learners.

Sacyud Elementary School successfully administered the Diagnostic Test for all learners as part of the school’s commitment to assessing students’ learning needs and readiness for the academic year. Key Stage 1 learners (Grades 1–3) took the assessment through the traditional paper-and-pen method, while Key Stage 2 learners (Grades 4–6) completed the test through an online examination platform. This initiative highlights the school’s dedication to utilizing appropriate assessment strategies to support quality education and learner development.

Sacyud Elementary School warmly welcomed its learners as another exciting school year officially began.

The opening program started with a flag-raising ceremony, followed by an inspiring message from our School Head, Ma’am Rodalia G. Pumares, who encouraged everyone to embrace learning with enthusiasm, discipline, and determination. Teachers were also formally introduced, along with the officers of the school's student organizations, namely the Supreme Elementary Learner Government (SELG), Barkada Kontra Bisyo (BKB), and Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O).

To strengthen our learners' understanding of the values and goals of the Department of Education, Ma’am Natalie E. Quibin discussed the DepEd Vision, Mission, and Core Values. After the general orientation, teacher-advisers conducted classroom orientations to familiarize learners with classroom rules, routines, and expectations.

The day also featured a school tour, giving learners the opportunity to explore the different school facilities and become acquainted with their learning environment.
