IN PHOTOS: On 19 MAY 2026, 0830H The ROTC officers have been requested to provide an entrance of colors and crossword to honor the graduation of CWTS . In this event it's Highligths of CWTS Community immersion. The activity showcased discipline, unity, and professionalism among the ROTC officers as they properly executed the colors presentation during the program, along with the cooperation of security assistance from the ROTC Cadet officers of OMSC ROTC Unit. The event was supervised by ROTC Coordinator Rexel M Calay, CSP, and monitored by Dr. Ronald Francis C Sanqui, NSTP Director.

The Advance ROTC Officers of SIDLAK CL 01 – 2024 officially graduated from the Occidental Mindoro State College Labangan ROTC Unit.

This achievement reflects their dedication, discipline, perseverance, and unwavering commitment to service and leadership. Through every training, challenge, and responsibility, they have shown honor, courage, and integrity worthy of being called ROTC officers.

Their journey will always remain an inspiration to future cadets who aspire to follow the same path of service and excellence. A proud milestone for SIDLAK CL 01 – 2024 and for the entire ROTC unit.

IN PHOTOS: On 10 May 2026, the Graduation Ceremony of Batch SIDLAK CL 01-2024 and Batch KALILASAG CL 01-2026 was held at the Occidental Mindoro State College Labangan Main Campus Gymnasium to celebrate the discipline, dedication, and diligence of Advance and Basic Cadets for A.Y. 2025-2026.

The event began at exactly 0900H and was attended by distinguished guests from the OMSC School Administration, led by the esteemed Guest of Honor and Speaker, Dr. Elbert C. Edaniol, SUC President III, Occidental Mindoro State College, who delivered a meaningful message before the ceremony concluded. It was also graced by the Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), Dr. Mary Grace F. Barolo, who gave the Opening Remarks.

Afterward, the Dean of Student Affairs and Services, Dr. Veronica C. Ferrer, together with Dr. Ronald Francis C. Sanqui, NSTP Director, gave an Inspirational Message. On behalf of 1LT BABY JANE R. BESTUDIO (QMS) PA, ROTC Assistant Commandant, 2LT EUREM D. DIAN (AGS) PA represented her and read the Presentation of Graduates, as well as introduced the background of the Guest of Honor and Speaker.

The event was successfully carried out through the discipline and coordination of everyone, and with the support and supervision of Sgt Riche L. Margarase (Inf) PA, ROTC Division NCO, and our NSTP-ROTC Coordinator, Rexel M. Calay, CSP.

This memorable experience left a clear and joyful memory in the minds of all who completed ROTC in 2026. The event was formally closed at 1000H.

IN PHOTOS: The 15th Training Day was conducted at OMSC Labangan Campus on May 3, 2026, at 0700H, with the participation of Basic Cadets and ROTC Officers. The activity aimed to prepare the cadets for their upcoming graduation through continuous practice and performance evaluation.

From 0600H to 0645H, an inspection of ROTC Officers was conducted to ensure proper uniform, discipline, and readiness. At 0700H, the Basic Cadets were formed for attendance to account for all personnel present.
The graduation practice started at 0800H and lasted until 0900H, focusing on ceremonial procedures.

A break time followed from 0900H to 0930H to allow the cadets to rest. Training resumed from 0930H to 1030H, continuing the rehearsal to enhance coordination and ex*****on.

At 0930H, while the Basic Cadets resumed their practice, LTC ULYSSES S MENDOZA (MI) PA conducted a meeting with 2CL and COQC regarding their upcoming training for RSCT ARAPT. The discussion focused on planning, coordination, and preparation for the said activity.

From 1050H to 1145H, a competition among all platoons was held for the selection of the Best Platoon. Each platoon competed through “Pasamasid,” demonstrating their skills, discipline, and teamwork.

At 1200H, the cadets were formed for final instructions before they were officially released. The training day was successfully completed and contributed to the overall readiness and confidence of the cadets for their forthcoming graduation. Supervised by ROTC coordinator Rexel M. Calay, CSP.
