BTLEd Student Speaks at United Nations Convention

The Bachelor of Technology and Livelihood Education (BTLEd) Program under the College of Teacher Education (CTE) of Occidental Mindoro State College – San Jose Campus extends its warmest congratulations to Ms. Theresa Mae D. Caragan, a first-year BTLEd student, for her distinguished participation as a speaker at the 59th Session of the United Nations Commission on Population and Development, held in New York City from April 13 to 17, 2026.
