Before graduation, our batches HES 54, 55, 56, and IOM 14 took part in a series of meaningful pre-graduation activities that marked both reflection and celebration.
Through the recollection, they were given time to look back with gratitude on their journey at MF. In the stand-up meeting with Sir JanB, stories of support, impact, and shared growth were highlighted. The Start-Up session helped strengthen their confidence and readiness for the next step, while the send-off fellowship became a warm gathering of memories, gratitude, and goodbyes.

A meaningful Recollection brought the Monark Foundation family together in the ADT Classroom of MFI, centered on the theme “Emotional Maturity in the Workplace: Growing in Emotional Wisdom.”
More than skills, we were reminded that true professionalism is seen in how we respond with patience, humility, and self-awareness, especially in challenging moments. Growth is not only about what we do, but who we become.
With the heartfelt guidance of Ms. Erlinda D. Loria, the session called for us to lead with character, choose what is right, and continue growing in emotional wisdom both at work and in life.
