Dear PC1ES Alumni,

We are thrilled to share the financial results from our first Alumni Homecoming last December 14, 2024. Your support is vital to our mission, and we want to be fully transparent about how we managed the funds raised.

Key Highlights:

Total Revenue: We raised a total of P103,706.00, thanks to your registration fees, generous sponsorships, and alumni shirt purchases.

Total Expenses: Our expenses for the event were P55,422.63, primarily for food for our teachers and guests, tokens, raffle prizes, and stage decorations.

Net Income: We are excited to announce a net income of P48,283.37. This amount will directly fund our proposed alumni project: building bleachers for the school's covered court.

We plan to construct 10 bleachers in total. The estimated cost for materials for a single bleacher (6 meters long, 40 cm wide and high) is P23,000. The construction of the first bleacher will begin tomorrow, September 2, 2025.

We are still accepting donations and sponsorships to help us complete this project. Your continued support is greatly appreciated. Your contributions will make a tangible difference in the lives of our students and the future of our Alma Mater.
