𝗨𝗣𝗗𝗔𝗧𝗘 𝗜 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗢𝗠, 𝗣𝗔 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝟭𝗥𝗖𝗗𝗚 𝗔𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗧 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆

Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA), joined the Closing Ceremony of the Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (ARAPT) 31/32 and 41/42 CY 2026 conducted by the 1st Regional Community Defense Group (1RCDG), with BGen Patricio S. Tomales, Deputy Commander, RESCOM, PA, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker, at Headquarters 1RCDG, Camp Lt Tito B. Abat, Manaoag, Pangasinan, last June 14, 2026.

During the ceremony, Maj. Warren B. Ching, Operations Officer, 1RCDG, formally presented the 620 ARAPT graduates of the Advance ROTC Academic Phase Training (CY 2026), while Col. Nolito A. Quemi, Group Commander, 1RCDG, officially declared the training closed and commended the graduates for their discipline, perseverance, and commitment to service. Following this, BGen Patricio S. Tomales, Deputy Commander, RESCOM, PA, led the awarding of certificates and recognition to outstanding graduates, highlighting their exemplary performance and leadership throughout the course.

The participation of the Deputy Commander underscored RESCOM PA's support for ROTC training and reserve development initiatives. The activity marked the successful completion of a vital training phase and reinforced the Command’s commitment to building a capable, disciplined, and mission-ready Reserve Force.

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 I The ISPSC Santa Maria Campus proudly conducted a Pride March attended by employees and students, celebrating diversity, equality, and respect for all. This meaningful event highlighted our commitment to fostering an inclusive academic community where everyone is valued, accepted, and empowered to express their authentic selves.

Together, we marched with pride, raised awareness, and strengthened our shared vision of a campus culture built on understanding, acceptance, and solidarity.

𝗜𝗦𝗣𝗦𝗖 𝗦𝘁𝗮. 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗮, 𝗡𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗯𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗴𝗶 𝘀𝗮 𝗜𝗸𝗮-𝟭𝟮𝟴 𝗔𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗻𝗴 𝗞𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆𝗮𝗮𝗻

Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur — Sa makabuluhang pagdiriwang ng ika-128 anibersaryo ng Araw ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas ngayong ika-12 ng Hunyo 2026, nagpatunay ng diwa ng pagkakaisa ang ISPSC Sta. Maria Campus sa pamumuno ni Dr. Jeanno M. Manzano. Kasama ang mga kawani ng pamahalaan at mga kinatawan ng iba’t ibang NGO ng Sta. Maria, Ilocos Sur sa ilalim ni Hon. Mayor Michael Florendo, nakiisa ang kampus sa pagpupugay sa sakripisyo ng ating mga bayani—isang paalala na ang tunay na kalayaan ay tumitibay sa pagtutulungan ng pamahalaan, pamayanan, at edukasyon.

Bilang aktibong bahagi ng komunidad, ipinakita ng ISPSC Sta. Maria na ang karunungan ay nagsisilbing sandata upang ingatan ang kalayaan at isulong ang kaunlaran. Patunay ito na ang diwa ng 1898 ay nananatiling buhay—ang wagas na pagmamahal sa bayan na isinasabuhay sa tapat na paglilingkod at matibay na samahan.

Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! Mabuhay ang sambayanang malaya!

Sa paggunita ng ika-128 anibersaryo ng Araw ng Kalayaan ng Pilipinas, buong pagmamalaking nakikibahagi ang ISPSC Sta. Maria Campus sa pagpupugay sa ating kasaysayan at kalayaan.

Higit pa sa simpleng pagdiriwang, ipinaalala ng kampus na ang tunay na kalayaan ay nasusukat sa kakayahang maglingkod, matuto, at mag-ambag sa pag-unlad ng bayan. Bilang tagapagtaguyod ng de-kalidad na edukasyon, isinasabuhay ng buong komunidad ng ISPSC Sta. Maria ang diwa ng kalayaan—ang kalayaang magkaroon ng kinabukasan, ang kalayaang magmahal sa bayan, at ang kalayaang maging instrumento ng pagbabago.

Sa bawat tapat na paglilingkod, patuloy na pinatutunayan ng kampus na ang kalayaang ipinaglaban ng ating mga bayani ay patuloy na namumuhay sa puso ng bawat Pilipinong handang maglingkod para sa bayan.

Mabuhay ang Pilipinas! Mabuhay ang malayang sambayanang Pilipino!

In relation to the vacancy announcements for the positions of HRMO III, Internal Auditor III, Administrative Officer III, and Planning Officer I published on May 21, 2026 on the ISPSC Official page, applicants are advised to take note of the following guidelines regarding the submission of application requirements:

𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸 I Dr. Mario P. Obrero visited ISPSC Sta. Maria Campus with a sincere goal: to assess not only the physical condition of facilities and workspaces but also the mental and emotional well-being of teaching and non-teaching personnel. As he visit the campus, he paid close attention to the environment while prioritising the people at the heart of the institution—greeting them, recognising their hard work, and listening to their experiences. The centrepiece of the visit was an open, productive dialogue where staff freely shared concerns, challenges, and suggestions regarding work conditions, development, and campus improvements. Every issue was heard with full attention, and Dr. Obrero responded with clear insights and reassurance that their voices guide the institution’s progress. This meaningful encounter highlighted leadership rooted in care, leaving personnel feeling valued, connected, and united in moving the college toward greater success.
