1. Maari po kayong sumadya sa Balibago Integrated High School - Extension upang kumuha ng FORM. (sa guard o sa G7 Faculty)
2. Lakipan ng isang photocopy ng birth certificate (PSA/ NSO/ or Civil Registry) kapag ipinasa ang form.
3. Ipasa ang form mula Lunes hanggang Biyernes ganap na 6:00 ng umaga hanggang 12:00 ng tanghali sa mga g**o ng G7.
4. Sa mga hapon magpapasa, ihulog sa drop box na matatagpuan malapit sa guard house ang inyong form at kopya ng birth certificate.

 Ito po ay pagpapatala pa lamang. Susunod parin po tayo sa magiging proseso na gaganapin sa mismong araw ng enrollment.

Inaasahan po namin ang inyong pakikiisa sa gaganaping Early Registration.

Para po sa mga incoming G7 ng Balibago Integrated High School- DITA Extension, ang ating enrollment period po ay magsisimula na ngayong darating na Lunes, July 8, 2024 hanggang July 26, 2024 mula ika 8:00 am- 3:00 pm lamang.

Huwag kalimutang dalhin ang original copy ng card o sf9 at isang photocopy ng PSA birth certificate.

Isama po ang mga batang ieenrol dahil sila po ay pababasahin.

ADVISORY

Due to the forecasted high temperatures this week, all PUBLIC ELEMENTARY and HIGH SCHOOLS are advised to transition to ONLINE CLASSES from Monday, May 6, to Friday, May 10.

Schools with scheduled examinations and activities may continue with face-to-face classes. However, they must take necessary precautions to ensure the safety of their students.

The City Division of Schools of Santa Rosa encourages schools to implement contingency measures to facilitate ONLINE examinations and activities.

The decision to hold classes online or in person for private schools and colleges will be at the discretion of their respective administrations.

Due to extreme heat, all PUBLIC and PRIVATE elementary and secondary schools in the CITY OF SANTA ROSA will shift to ONLINE CLASSES on May 2 to 3, 2024 (Thursday to Friday).

Classes in tertiary level colleges and universities are left to the discretion of the school administration.

Due to transport strike and extreme heat
all PUBLIC and PRIVATE elementary and secondary schools in the CITY OF SANTA ROSA will shift to
ONLINE CLASSES
on April 29 to 30, 2024 (Monday to Tuesday)

Classes in tertiary level colleges and universities are left to the discretion of the schood administration.

Monday Flag Raising Ceremony (April 29) at the City Hall is also CANCELLED

In accordance with Proclamation No. 368, a regular holiday this coming Wednesday, May 1 it shall be in commemoration of Labor Day or Labor Day .

No classes at all levels of schools, government offices, and private sector jobs across the country.

Alinsunod sa Proclamation No. 368, regular holiday sa darating na Miyerkules, Mayo 1 ito ay bilang paggunita sa Araw ng Paggawa o Labor Day .

Walang pasok sa lahat ng antas ng paaralan, mga tanggapan ng gobyerno, at trabaho sa pribadong sektor sa buong bansa.

All PUBLIC and PRIVATE elementary and secondary schools in the CITY OF SANTA ROSA will shift to ONLINE CLASSES on APRIL 25-26, 2024 (Thursday-Friday).

Per consultation with Department of Education - Schools Division Office of Santa Rosa City, face-to-face classes may be suspended at the discretion of the principal if deemed necessary especially due to rising temperature lately.

Suspension of face-to-face classes in colleges or universities are left to the discretion of the school administration.

Likewise, teaching and non-teaching personnel in all public schools shall not be required to report to their stations.

Finally, private schools shall not be covered by this advisory but shall have the option to implement the same.
