We’re thrilled to have you join the PRMSU family! 💙✨ To help you transition smoothly, all first-year students and transferees are given a one-month adjustment period before wearing the official school uniform.

While preparing your uniforms, please be guided by the updated Dress Code Policy as stated in the University Student Handbook, in reference to Memorandum No. 74, s. 2024.

In response to the alarming rise in 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝘅 𝗹𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗜𝗯𝗮, 𝗭𝗮𝗺𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝟰𝟮°𝗖, 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗥𝗠𝗦𝗨 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 has taken immediate action to prioritize student welfare and comfort.

On 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟲, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱, 𝘚𝘵𝘶𝘥𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝘙𝘦𝘨𝘦𝘯𝘵 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝘀𝗵𝘂𝗮 𝗖. 𝗨𝗰𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗮𝘆 formally requested approval from 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗿. 𝗥𝗼𝘆 𝗡. 𝗩𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗯𝗼𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘄𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗰𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲 in accordance with the dress code policy of the university.

Are you excited about our First Semester face-to-face class ☺️ but be mindful of what is allowed and not allowed dress code inside the University.
For the recommended attire for students without a university uniform, see Memorandum Circular No.74 s.2022 Section 1.1.5.

𝐏𝐑𝐌𝐒𝐔 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐛𝐨𝐨𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏𝟖. 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐬
𝟏𝟖.𝟏 All students must wear the prescribed uniform

𝟏𝟖.𝟑 Female students must wear blue skirt with one (1) inch below the knee cut / or slacks, and white blouse with necktie and black formal shoes
𝟏𝟖.𝟒 Women Members of the LGBTQ may wear slacks, white blouse with neck tie and black formal shoes
𝟏𝟖.𝟓 Men Members of the LGBTQ are NOT allowed to wear skirts but they can wear slacks
𝟏𝟖.𝟔 Students must wear the P.E./ NSTP uniform during P.E./ NSTP class only
𝟏𝟖.𝟕 Nursing students must wear the prescribed uniform of the college
𝟏𝟖.𝟖 Other college prescribing different uniform from the standard one must submit their uniform policy

Effective April 22, 2024 to May 25, 2024

*Lecture classes shall be held online (asynchronous or synchronous), while laboratory classes and major examinations shall be held face-to-face in-person. Faculty members must report to their respective campuses/colleges.

All students must wear their IDs at all times when entering or being inside the campus premises. The ID is also considered an official school document that should be handled with care and respect, as it represents the individual student. Therefore, it should not be defaced, altered, or misused in any way. Additionally, it should not be lent to others, copied, counterfeited, or discarded indiscriminately.
