📢 ANNOUNCEMENT
Attention to all CHED Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) and Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) Grantees enrolled in the 1st Semester, SY 2025–2026:

All CHED TDP and TES grantees who availed of the Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) ATM Piso Account are encouraged to deposit at least ₱1.00 into their accounts to prevent account deactivation.

According to the CHED Office, the release of grants/stipends for the 1st Semester, SY 2025–2026 is expected to begin in June 2026.

Likewise, all grantees are reminded to submit a photocopy of their Land Bank ATM card. Failure to submit the required photocopy may affect the processing and release of your grants/stipends.

Please ensure that your account remains active and that all documentary requirements are submitted on time to avoid delays in receiving your financial assistance.

All grantees under Batch 1, 12, 13, 13.1, 15 are informed that the release of grants for the Second Semester, SY 2024–2025 will be held on:

The deadline for the submission of the photocopy of the Landbank ATM Card and valid ID has been extended until March 20, 2026 (Friday). Submissions will be accepted at Window 3 (Student and Scholarship Office, located in the Registrar’s Office Building).

You are enjoined to attend an Emergency Meeting on March 3, 2026 (Tuesday), at 8:00 AM at KCAST Covered Court to discuss important matters regarding your respective grants.

REQUIREMENT:
All grantees must bring one (1) photocopy of a valid ID for account opening.
Only the following IDs will be accepted:
*Philippine Passport
*Driver’s License
*National ID (PhilSys)

The following students listed below are requested to attend an Orientation Program on February 19, 2026 (Thursday), 8:00 AM at KCAST Covered Court to discuss important matters regarding your respective grants.

Attendance is a must.

Graduate grantees are not required to attend.
