Happy Easter Ignacian Marians!

The Easter Season, beginning on Easter and lasting until Pentecost, is the most joyful period in the Catholic Church. It celebrates the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the heart of Christian faith and the fulfillment of God’s promise of salvation. During these fifty days, the Church lives in the spirit of Easter Sunday, proclaiming hope, victory over sin and death, and the gift of new life. The liturgy is marked by joy, the return of the “Alleluia,” and symbols of light and glory that remind the faithful that Christ is truly risen.
More than a celebration, the Easter Season is an invitation to transformation. Catholics are called to renew their faith, practice mercy and forgiveness, and become witnesses of Christ’s love in their daily lives. Key celebrations like Divine Mercy Sunday, the Ascension, and Pentecost highlight God’s continuing presence and mission in the world. In this season, believers are encouraged to reflect on areas in their lives that need renewal and to embrace the hope that the risen Christ brings—moving forward with courage, faith, and a renewed sense of purpose.

“Christ is risen, and because He lives, we too are made new.”

Greetings from the Office of the Christian Formation😇

Ash Wednesday invites us into a sacred moment of remembrance and renewal. As ashes are placed upon our foreheads, we are reminded of our human frailty and our need for repentance, while also being called to embrace God’s boundless grace. This solemn beginning of Lent encourages us to turn our hearts back to God through prayer, sacrifice, and acts of love, trusting that even from ashes, new life and deeper faith can grow.
