Students, faculty members, and honored guests of Tagum Doctors College, Inc., gathered at the New City Hall of Tagum City on May 21, 2026, for the 4th Graduation Ceremony of the NSTP-CWTS Program with the theme โ๐น๐๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐: ๐ณ๐๐๐

This ceremony marked a significant milestone in the graduatesโ academic journey, reflecting their growth, perseverance, and achievements throughout the program. It became a meaningful celebration of their hard work and dedication while also allowing them to look back on the valuable experiences, lessons, and memories they gained along the way. More than an academic accomplishment, the occasion symbolized their readiness to serve their communities with compassion, responsibility, and integrity.
The graduation rites formally commenced with the endorsement of graduates delivered by Maโam Angel Almadro-Arnigo, LPT, NSTP coordinator, recognizing the students who successfully completed the program requirements. Following the endorsement, the confirmation of graduates was conducted by Maโam Gwendelyn D. Barbon, RRT, MAED, officially acknowledging the candidates for graduation under the NSTP-CWTS program. Furthermore, the graduates were inspired by the message of the Guest Speaker, Sir Emerson Dave A. Silutan, LPT, who encouraged the graduates to remain active contributors to society and to continuously uphold the values of resilience, leadership, and service beyond the classroom. He emphasized the important role of youth in building a stronger, more progressive nation.
As they prepare to embrace new responsibilities, the event also reminded them of the values and friendships they will continue to carry forward. Ultimately, the ceremony recognized the graduatesโ dedication to service, leadership, volunteerism, and nation-building. Once again, congratulations, Seenizens! May you continue to instill and uphold the values and lessons you have learned throughout your journey as you move forward toward greater opportunities and success.
The success of the event was made possible through the collective efforts and dedication of the academic team and school administration. Special appreciation is extended to our supportive School President, Prof. Manuel Dennis E. Molina, MBA; Vice-President for Academic Affairs, Prof. Anabel V. Franada, RN, MN; AVP for Academics, Prof. Rey Anthony S. Perez, PhD; all Department Deans and NSTP Instructors; and our dedicated NSTP Coordinator, Mrs. Angel A. Arnigo, LPT. Gratitude is also extended to the Executive Committees, Guest of Honor and Speaker, and NSTP-ISYC Officers for their valuable contributions to the success of the ceremony.
