PHLC is an inclusive early learning hub run by certified and passionate educators committed to the total development of every child through the use of developmentally appropriate teaching methods. Our holistic approach in the learning environment engages every child the fundamentals they need as they continue to grow and prepare them for preschool. We incorporate arts and crafts, body movement, and pre-academics as they explore their world of learning and discovering.
