Make sure to have these organized in a folder before heading to the school

For Grade 7 & Transferees
If you are coming from a different school or entering high school for the first time:
✍️Original Report Card: The final, signed copy from the previous grade level.
✍️PSA / NSO Birth Certificate: Bring a clear photocopy (it’s often a good idea to bring the original just in case they need to verify it).

For Grade 12 TVL students
✍️2pcs passport size picture, white background with collar

For Old Students & "Balik-Aral"
If you are continuing your studies at Talisay City NHS or returning after a break:
✍️Report Card: Your latest progress report.
✍️School ID: Your most recent student identification card.
