𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞 | 𝗧𝗚𝗖𝗖 𝗥𝗢𝗧𝗖𝗨 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗦 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗢𝗡𝗬 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲

In line with its mandate to develop disciplined, competent, and mission-ready citizen soldiers in support of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Training Staff of Tangub City Global College ROTCU successfully conducted its Graduation Ceremony on 10 May 2026 at the TGCC Covered Court, Maloro, Tangub City.

The activity was spearheaded by MAJ JASON B TORINO (INF) PA, Commandant, in coordination with TSg Normelito A Lagamon (Inf) PA, Admin NCO, under the direct supervision of MAJ MARC ANTHONY S ACLO (CE) PA, Director, 903CDC. The ceremony was graced by CLINT JOY M QUIJE, MA-MATH, as Keynote Speaker.

The graduation ceremony formally recognized the successful completion of training by the cadets, highlighting their discipline, perseverance, dedication, and preparedness to take on greater responsibilities as future leaders and contributors to nation-building.

May this milestone serve as a reminder to continue upholding the values of honor, service, and excellence instilled through ROTC training. Congratulations, graduates!

With great pride and distinction, on 23 April 2026, the Tangub City Global College (TCGC) Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Unit earned an outstanding rating of 99.90% during the RAATI 2026 Inspection.

This exceptional achievement showcases the unit’s strong discipline, dedication, and commitment to upholding the highest standards of training and leadership. It further reflects the effective supervision of the training staff and the unified efforts of all cadets who played a vital role in attaining this success.

This accomplishment serves as a testament to the unit’s steadfast pursuit of excellence and its preparedness to fulfill its duty in service to the nation.

In line with its mandate to develop disciplined, competent, and mission-ready leaders in support of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Training Staff of Tangub City Global College ROTCU successfully carried out training activities on April 18, 19, 20, and 21, 2026, at the Tangub City Global College Grounds, Maloro, Tangub City.

The activities were spearheaded by MAJ JASON B TORINO (INF) PA, Commandant, in coordination with TSg Normelito A Lagamon (Inf) PA, Admin NCO, under the direct supervision of MAJ MARC ANTHONY S ACLO (CE) PA. The training aimed to reinforce military discipline, further enhance the leadership capabilities of cadets, sustain administrative efficiency, and ensure operational readiness in preparation for upcoming institutional and external assessments.

The training formally began with the formation and accountability of Basic Cadets, followed by hands-on field exercises emphasizing the correct ex*****on of the Manual of Arms.

In preparation for RAATI 2026, cadets intensified their drill exercises, focusing on precision, timing, command presence, and coordinated movements in executing the Manual of Arms. The activity sought to standardize drill procedures, strengthen unit cohesion, boost confidence under supervision, and uphold the highest standards of military bearing and ceremonial excellence.

In accordance with its mandate to cultivate disciplined, capable, and mission-ready leaders in support of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, the Training Staff of Tangub City Global College ROTCU successfully conducted its 10th and 11th Training Day on April 11 and 12, 2026, at the Tangub City Global College Grounds, Maloro, Tangub City.

The activities were led by MAJ JASON B TORINO (INF) PA, Commandant, in coordination with TSg Normelito A Lagamon (Inf) PA, Admin NCO, under the direct supervision of MAJ MARC ANTHONY S ACLO (CE) PA. The training was designed to reinforce military discipline, further develop the leadership competencies of cadets, maintain administrative effectiveness, and ensure operational preparedness in anticipation of upcoming institutional and external evaluations.

The training commenced with the formation and accountability of Basic Cadets, followed by practical field exercises focused on the proper ex*****on of the Manual of Arms.

In preparation for RAATI 2026, cadets intensified their drill routines, emphasizing precision, timing, command presence, and synchronized movements in the ex*****on of the Manual of Arms. The activity aimed to standardize drill procedures, strengthen unit cohesion, enhance confidence under supervision, and uphold the highest standards of military bearing and ceremonial excellence.

Furthermore, cadets who have already purchased the ROTC sweatshirt are permitted to wear it, while those who have not must strictly comply with the prescribed cadet uniform. Cadets who have not yet acquired the sweatshirt may bring jackets. Please ensure to bring WHITE GLOVES.

In line with the ongoing training cycle of ROTC units under the 903rd Community Defense Center, the Tangub City Global College ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 9th Training Day on 29 March 2026 at the TGCC Grounds, Brgy. Maloro, Tangub City, Misamis Occidental. The activity aimed to further develop disciplined, capable, and mission-ready cadets in support of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.

The training was spearheaded by MAJ JASON B TORINO (Inf) PA, Commandant of the said unit, together with TSg Normelito A Lagamon (Inf) PA, Admin NCO, under the direct supervision of MAJ MARC ANTHONY S ACLO (CE) PA, Director, 903rd Community Defense Center. The activity was further highlighted by the presence of COL ARNOLD L GASALATAN MNSA (INF) PA, Group Commander, 9RCDG, who assessed the unit’s readiness and provided guidance to both staff and cadets.

The day commenced with formation and accountability, followed by intensive practical exercises on the proper ex*****on of the Manual of Arms and close order drill. Cadets underwent synchronized drill routines designed to enhance precision, command presence, and unit coordination in preparation for the Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI) 2026.
During the afternoon session, COL GASALATAN was formally received by the unit and delivered an inspirational message emphasizing discipline, commitment, and excellence in training. His visit reinforced the importance of preparedness and significantly boosted the morale of the cadets as they gear up for the upcoming inspection.

The activity further strengthened the standardization of drill procedures, reinforced unit cohesion, and built confidence under supervision, ensuring that TGCC ROTCU remains aligned with the highest standards of military professionalism and operational readiness.
