📢 IMPORTANT REMINDERS TO ALL PARENTS AND GUARDIANS 📢

As we begin another exciting school year, Bunga Elementary School respectfully seeks the cooperation and support of all parents and guardians in ensuring a safe, secure, and conducive learning environment for our learners.

🔹 School Gate Schedule
For the safety and security of our learners, the school shall strictly implement the opening and closing of school gates. Parents and guardians are requested to follow the prescribed schedule and school protocols.

🔹 No Standby Policy
To minimize distractions and maintain a focused learning environment, parents and guardians are discouraged from staying or waiting within the school premises during class hours unless officially requested by the school.

🔹 Drop-Off and Pick-Up Area
For the safety and orderly dismissal of learners, parents are requested to drop off and pick up their children at the designated gate area. Teachers and school personnel will assist in ensuring the safe release of learners.

🔹 Proper Dress Code
All visitors and parents entering the school premises are expected to observe proper attire. The wearing of shorts, crop tops, sleeveless shirts, and other inappropriate clothing is respectfully discouraged in keeping with the professional and child-friendly atmosphere of the school.

🔹 Communicate with the Teacher-Adviser
If any concern, emergency, or circumstance arises that requires immediate attention regarding your child, please communicate directly with the teacher-adviser or school administration for proper assistance and prompt action.

🔹 School Transactions and Inquiries
For all school-related transactions, requests, and inquiries, kindly coordinate first with the assigned personnel stationed at the school gate. This will help ensure an organized and efficient process while maintaining school security.

🤝 HOW YOU CAN VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATE:

In compliance with DepEd mandates, participation in Brigada Eskwela is 100% voluntary. No fee or mandatory contribution shall be collected. We highly welcome community support through:

🧹 Volunteer Labor – Joining hands in sweeping, clearing debris, weeding, and minor classroom sorting.

🎨 In-Kind Material Donations – We welcome voluntary turn-overs of cleaning supplies (brooms, trash bags, disinfectants) or maintenance materials (paint, brushes). Please note that all material donations will be properly documented with a Deed of Acceptance.

On May 22, 2026, Bunga Elementary School received cash assistance from CCC through the turnover to SPTA-Bunga ES for the construction of the Reading and Math Hub.

This initiative underscores the strong partnership among stakeholders in advancing literacy and numeracy development by providing learners with a more supportive and conducive learning space.

Bunga ES expresses its sincere gratitude to CCC and SPTA Officers for their unwavering support in helping make this meaningful project possible for our learners. 💚💛
