Myopia is a common vision condition where distant objects appear blurry while close-up items remain clear. It’s on the rise globally—especially in children and teens.

📌 How to Spot Myopia (Especially in Kids):
🔹 Squinting to see distant objects
🔹 Frequent headaches
🔹 Sitting too close to the TV or screen
🔹 Holding books or devices very close
🔹 Complaints of blurry distance vision
