The School of Health and Allied Sciences Department Supreme Student Council (SHAS-SSC) encourages all qualified students to take advantage of the Allied Health Experiential Assistance for Deserving Students (AHEAD) Grant for the 1st Semester, AY 2026–2027.

Through their unwavering efforts, sacrifices, and pursuit of excellence, they have demonstrated qualities worthy of admiration and recognition.

Today, we commend their achievements and express our heartfelt gratitude for the positive impact they continue to make on the community. May this recognition serve as a reminder of the difference they have made and inspire them to continue leading with integrity, passion, and excellence.

Happy Father’s Day sa lahat ng mga tatay na walang sawang nagsisikap at nagsasakripisyo para sa kanilang mga anak at pamilya. Lalo na sa aking ama, maraming salamat sa lahat ng pagod, sakripisyo, at pagmamahal na ibinibigay mo araw-araw para matugunan ang aming mga pangangailangan. Salamat sa pagiging matatag na haligi ng aming tahanan, sa mga pagkakataong inuuna mo kami bago ang sarili mo, at sa mga aral na patuloy mong ibinabahagi upang maging mabuting tao kami. Hindi man ako palaging vocal, gusto kong malaman mo na mahal na mahal kita at sobrang nagpapasalamat ako sa lahat ng ginagawa mo para sa amin.

Sa mga tatay na nagsisilbing ilaw at gabay ng tahanan, saludo kami sa inyong dedikasyon, tiyaga, at walang kapantay na pagmamahal. Kayo ang nagbibigay ng lakas kapag may pagsubok, at kayo rin ang isa sa mga dahilan kung bakit patuloy kaming lumalaban at nangangarap sa buhay. Nawa’y maramdaman ninyo ngayon kung gaano kayo kahalaga at kamahal ng inyong mga pamilya. Maligayang Araw ng mga Ama sa lahat ng mga tunay na bayani ng tahanan.

𝐏𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐲 𝐬𝐚 𝐇𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢 𝐚𝐭 𝐈𝐥𝐚𝐰 𝐧𝐠 𝐀𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐁𝐮𝐡𝐚𝐲.✨

Ngayong araw, walang ibang bida kundi kayo, aking mga magulang.

Ang sandaling ito ay isang taos-pusong pagpupugay para sa inyong walang kapantay na pagmamahal, tahimik na sakripisyo, at walang sawang suporta na naghatid sa akin sa araw na ito. Maraming salamat dahil sa bawat iyak, pagod, at bigat ng pag-aaral, hinding-hindi ninyo hinayaang mapagod ang aking puso. Kayo ang naging yakap at lakas ko tuwing panghihinaan ako ng loob, at ang inyong mga bisig ang nagbigay-pakpak sa aking mga pangarap.

Hindi sapat ang salitang 'salamat' para sa buhay na inilaan ninyo upang magkaroon ako ng magandang bukas. Ang bawat tagumpay ko ay pag-aari ninyo rin, dahil kayo ang tunay na pundasyon ng aking buhay. Ang karangalang ito ay habambuhay kong iaalay sa inyo. Mahal na mahal ko kayo!

𝗦𝗵𝗼𝗿𝘁-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗦𝗭𝗡 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲! Starting June 15, SHAS students taking lecture subjects will be bringing the 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘂𝘀 𝘀𝗽𝗶𝗿𝗶𝘁 to BCJ Campus while our Main Campus gets its much awaited glow up.

New classrooms, new surroundings, and new classmates mean new stories, new friendships, and new memories waiting to happen. Of course, there will still be quizzes to review for, lessons to learn, and return demonstrations to prepare, but that is all part of the adventure.

So bring your energy, your best summer vibes, and your willingness to try something new. Let’s make this short term productive, exciting, and full of good memories. 𝗦𝗲𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗮𝘁 𝗕𝗖𝗝 𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝘂𝘀, 𝗦𝗛𝗔𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗘𝗦!

Today, we celebrate the 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐈𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐲, the pure and loving heart of our Blessed Mother. Her heart is full of trust in God, of an unshakable faith, of a great love for Jesus and all His children.

Let us, following Mary’s example, open our hearts to God’s will, grow in compassion and persevere in faith during difficult times. May her motherly love help us grow closer to Christ and encourage us to live lives of humility, prayer, and service.

𝑭𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒑𝒊𝒏𝒐𝒔 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒆 𝑩𝒆𝒕𝒕𝒆𝒓🇵🇭

Para sa mga bayaning nag-alay ng kanilang buhay para sa ating kalayaan, at sa mga Pilipinong patuloy na nagsasakripisyo para sa bayan, panahon na upang ipaglaban ang kinabukasang matagal nang ipinagkakait ng korapsyon at ng mga taong mapang-abuso sa kapangyarihan.

Sa bawat sakripisyo at paghihirap ng sambayanan, nananatili ang pag-asa na darating ang panahong ang tunay na hustisya at pagkakapantay-pantay ay mararamdaman ng lahat.

Ngayon, ipagdiwang natin ang ika-128 na Araw ng Kalayaan, nawa’y magsilbi itong paalala na ang kalayaan ay dapat pinapangalagaan, ipinaglalaban, at ipinapamana sa susunod na henerasyon ng mga Pilipino.

Today we celebrate the 𝐒𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐦𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐒𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐉𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐬, a powerful reminder of Christ’s love, mercy, and compassion for all. His Sacred Heart, wounded for our salvation, calls us to a closer relationship with Him.

The Sacred Heart of Jesus is a reminder that we are loved beyond measure in a world so often in need of healing and hope. May His love inspire us to be more forgiving, compassionate, and faithful in our daily lives.
