After a year of careful deliberation and thorough evaluation by the previous and current Chapter Officers, this letter serves as the official notice of expulsion from the Tau Gamma Phi – Triskelions’ Grand Fraternity, Malanday Community Chapter, effective immediately.

This decision has been reached based on the consistent and repeated failure of Leandro “JHON” Javier to uphold the duties, responsibilities, and code of conduct expected of every Triskelion. Despite prior verbal and written warnings, the following actions have remained unresolved:

Non-participation in mandated chapter activities, funds and meetings
Failure to fulfill assigned duties and responsibilities
Disregard for directives issued by the chapter leadership
Lack of communication, transparency, and accountability
speaking in a rude or insulting manner
ignoring proper protocol or instructions
humiliating or belittling a member in public
actions that damage the dignity or reputation of the organization

As Triskelions, we are guided by the principles of Brotherhood, Discipline, and Commitment. Any act that compromises these values is a betrayal to the fraternity and its founding ideals.

This expulsion is final and has been duly recorded in the official records of the chapter. You are hereby directed to immediately cease and desist from the use of all Tau Gamma Phi paraphernalia, insignia, symbols, and representations. Any attempt to misrepresent yourself as a member of this fraternity henceforth shall be dealt with accordingly under our rules and governing policies.
We wish you well in your personal life, but as a chapter, we remain firm in our resolve to protect the sanctity and integrity of our Brotherhood.
