📢 PINILIAY 2025 – ELECTION DAY GUIDELINES

📅 Election Days: August 7—8, 2025
🕘 Time: 9am—4pm
📍 Location: 3rd Floor, Unity Building, USTP VILLANUEVA (Ballot Voting)

✅ DO’s on Election Day:

• Bring Your Valid USTP ID or Proof of Enrollment.
– You must be a bona fide student to vote.

• Follow the Voting Schedule.
– Vote within the specified time window announced by the Electoral Commission.

• Vote Wisely and Privately.
– Choose your candidates independently and avoid peer pressure or influence.

• Respect the Voting Area and Electoral Officers.
– Follow all instructions from the Electoral Board/Commission.

• Wait for Confirmation.
– Make sure your vote is counted and your participation recorded.

• Observe Clean and Orderly Conduct.
– Keep the voting area quiet and free from distractions.

❌ DON’Ts on Election Day:

• No Campaigning or Wearing Campaign Materials.
– Campaigning is strictly prohibited during Election Day, including social media posts, stickers, shirts, or slogans.

• No Vote Buying or Bribery.
– Offering or receiving gifts, money, or favors in exchange for votes is a major offense.

• No Group Voting or Influence.
– Do not accompany others to the voting booth or influence their choices.

• No Bringing of Campaign Flyers or Posters to the Voting Area.

• Do Not Share Screenshots of Ballots (If Online Voting).
– Keep your vote private to protect the integrity of the process.

• Do Not Tamper with Voting Equipment or System.
– Doing so may lead to disqualification or disciplinary actions.

⚠️ Violations of these rules may result in:

• Cancellation of your vote

• Disqualification of candidate involved

• Sanctions or disciplinary action
