It starts from one pill (illegal drugs) to try another and another and another until you can’t resist taking it. It slowly kills you. It takes one pill to slowly kill.

Quitting will save you. It will save your life physically, mentally, socially, spiritually, morally, and financially. Think about how much money you will have if you didn’t consume one illegal drug. Think about your family and friends. Taking illegal drugs worsens your life. Think about yourself. Quitting pays off in many ways.

One of the most prevalent yet harmful ways that people try to cope with melancholy and sorrow is to use alcohol or drugs. This is especially true if you already have a "recreational" habit. They want to numb their agony and avoid confronting the unpleasant reality, and intoxicants provide an easy and enticing escape out.
It begins innocently enough—a few drinks in the evening or a few pills to take the edge off. But here's the unfortunate part: these products DO work for a short period of time. They alleviate grief and assist the individual in forgetting their suffering, troubles, and fear. However, in the long run, it will aggravate the situation.
People drown with their sorrow and cope up with it with the use of illicit drugs. It may help you relieve and feel some happiness for a little amount of time. In the long run, it will just anchor you down at the bottom and you will never be able to reach the surface where light and joy is present.
If you have done it to cope up with that negative feeling, don’t do it again. Don’t put yourself in the situation where your life is at risk.

Drug use that leads to drug addiction starts with curiosity. Here are the stages of how one’s curiosity leads to addiction according to Paradigm Treatment.
Curiosity – Before Experimentation
This stage is ideal for prevention. If your child is beginning to express their curiosity in ma*****na or illegal substances, having a very candid discussion with them about the consequences might help prevent drug use.
Experimentation
At this stage, your teen has accepted drugs such as shabu and ma*****na from others. He or she has chosen to experiment for entertainment, putting an end to curiosity, and/or wanting to fit in with a peer group. At this stage, there are no noticeable behavioral changes.
Drug-Seeking Stage
Because the experience of ingesting co***ne or taking narcotics was enjoyable or rewarding in some way, an adolescent might begin to seek out a steadier supply. He or she may begin to use more of the drug more often than planned, and may use substances as a means of escape.
Drug Pre-Occupation Stage
The ability to control use of the drug is severely impaired at this point, and there is very little regard for any consequences.
Addiction
Drugs are necessary to feel normal. The use of the drug has increased to one or more times per day.
It should be noted that if drug use progresses through these three stages, it can have an effect on the developing teenage brain. When drugs are introduced into the brain, they affect the ability for neurons to communicate with one another. This is particularly dangerous for teens because the signaling and communication that is happening in the brain is on fire during adolescence.
These people are victims of curiosity.
