We wanted to take a moment to put into words what we’ve all been feeling – how deeply grateful we are for every incredible woman teaching and leading us here at the College of Business and Accountancy. You’re not just names on our class schedules or faces at the front of the room; you’re the people who’ve helped us find our footing, who’ve shown us we’re capable of more than we ever thought possible, and who prove every single day what women can do when they bring their whole selves to their work.

We see the little things that don’t show up on a syllabus – like when you stay after class to walk us through a tricky balance sheet again, or when you make sure we understand why ethical business practices matter not just for our grades, but for the kind of professionals we’ll become. We know how much time you put into making sure each lesson connects with us, even when the concepts feel impossible to grasp.

In your classrooms, we don’t have to be afraid to say “I don’t get it” or to share ideas that feel a little out there. When we’re nervous about speaking up in group discussions or doubt whether we belong in this field, you remind us that our perspectives matter, that the business world needs more voices like ours, and that we have every right to be in any space we want to be.

We’ve loved hearing your stories – not just the parts about your degrees and achievements, but the real stuff. Like how you built your careers in fields where women haven’t always been welcome, how you juggle teaching, research, and taking care of your families, and how there were times you weren’t sure you’d make it either. You’ve taught us that being a leader isn’t about having all the answers – it’s about showing up, helping others grow, and always doing what feels right.

You’ve been there for our club every step of the way, helping us plan workshops, giving us advice on our internships, and cheering us on as we chase our dreams. Because of you, we feel ready to take on whatever comes next.

This Women’s Month, we’ve poured our hearts into every word, because you’ve given us so much of yourselves. Thank you for being our teachers, our mentors, and the women we look up to every single day.

With a heartfelt commitment to promoting health, dignity, and comfort within our community, the Women’s Club, under the dedicated guidance of our esteemed adviser, Ma’am Maria Isabel Dela Hostria, and with the unwavering support of Dean Ian V. Aranel, proudly undertook a meaningful initiative to enhance the CBA restroom facilities. On May 9, 2025, the organizations officers donated essential items including sanitary napkins, napkins (available for claim in room 305), hygiene kits, soap, buckets, mops, and other necessary cleaning supplies.

This project embodies our shared belief that everyone deserves access to clean, safe, and hygienic restroom facilities-fundamental elements that support personal well-being and foster confidence. Through these contributions, we aim to create a more welcoming and sanitary environment where both students and faculty feel valued, cared for, and respected.
