والدین، اساتذہ اور معاشرے کے ہر فرد کا فرض ہے کہ وہ بچوں میں ذمہ دار شہری بننے کا شعور پیدا کرے اور محفوظ سفر کی عادات اپنانے کی ترغیب دے۔
