Beat the Heat with a phonic 'B' Ice Rescue! 🧊✨

Looking for a way to keep the little ones cool, calm, and learning? Today we turned simple water play into an icy alphabet treasure hunt!
We froze a bunch of secret objects starting with the letter B inside these giant ice blocks (can you spot the banana, bear, butterfly and the ball in the photos? 😉).
The kids used their spoons, warm water, and lots of patience to melt the ice and rescue the hidden treasures. We also hammered a few ice blocks, splashing water all over...

It’s amazing for:
✅ Fine motor skills (scooping, pouring, and scraping, hammering)
✅ Sensory exploration (cold vs. warm)
✅ Early literacy & vocabulary building
