Report: Session on the Significance of Eid-ul-Adha

An enlightening session on the significance of Eid-ul-Adha was. The session aimed to highlight the importance, values, and purpose of Eid-ul-Adha.

The session was hosted by Miss Bushra and conducted under the supervision of SHM Madam Yasmeen Ara Sheikh. It began with the recitation of the Holy Quran, followed by a Naat in praise of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), which created a spiritual and respectful atmosphere.

After the opening, various students presented speeches on different aspects of Eid-ul-Adha. They beautifully explained the significance of sacrifice, obedience, and unity, as well as the true purpose of celebrating Eid-ul-Adha.

The session proved to be highly informative and meaningful for the students, helping them understand the religious and moral values associated with this blessed occasion.

🌸 Mother’s Day Celebration – Highlights🌸

At APWA GGHSS Gulbahar No. 2,
The day was filled with gentle light,
Soft smiles blooming warm and bright,
Little hearts with love to share,
Calling “Mother” everywhere. 💐✨

Cards were crafted, neat and true,
Painted pinks and sky blues too,
Each creation, soft and kind,
A mother’s love was all they’d find. 🌷💖

Teachers too, in loving grace,
A mother’s warmth in every place,
Guiding students, calm and wise,
Like sheltering clouds in caring skies. 🍃🌸

The Mother’s Day celebration was beautifully conducted, where students presented handmade cards to express heartfelt love and gratitude for their mothers. The event was held under the supervision of SHM-MADAM Yasmeen Ara Sheikh and organized by Miss Bushra.

*Objectives of the Training:*
The training session on S.A.M.R.S was conducted to enhance the capacity of school staff regarding the School Assessment & Monitoring Reporting System. Key objectives included:
1. Familiarizing participants with the S.A.M.R.S portal and its modules
2. Training on accurate data entry and timely submission of school records
3. Understanding reporting mechanisms for student enrollment, attendance, and academic progress
4. Ensuring compliance with departmental guidelines for monitoring and evaluation

*Proceedings of the Session:*
1. The session commenced at 10:00 AM with a welcome note by Cluster Head Ms. Yasmin Ara.
2. Mr. Sheryar Sheikh (MAs) gave a detailed presentation on the S.A.M.R.S interface, login procedures, and dashboard navigation.
3. Hands-on practice was provided to participants for updating school data, including student enrollment, teacher profiles, and infrastructure details.
4. Common errors in data entry and their solutions were discussed to avoid discrepancies in reporting.
5. The trainer emphasized the importance of real-time data updates for effective decision-making by the District Education Office.
6. A Q&A session was held where participants raised queries regarding technical issues and data validation, which were addressed by the trainer.

*Outcomes:*
1. All participants gained practical understanding of the S.A.M.R.S portal.
2. Participants are now able to independently update and monitor school data on S.A.M.R.S.
3. The need for timely and accurate reporting to improve school ranking and resource allocation was reinforced.

*Conclusion:*
The training was interactive and productive. Mr. Sheryar Sheikh effectively delivered the content and resolved participant queries. The Cluster Head Ms. Yasmin Ara appreciated the efforts and directed all participants to implement S.A.M.R.S updates regularly.
