𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬
• Leadership & Team Management
◦ Supervise, mentor, and lead the bookkeeping/accounting team
◦ Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all entities
◦ Build and maintain a high-performance finance function
• Financial Compliance & Reporting
◦ Manage and oversee annual compliance requirements for foreign entities
◦ Ensure adherence to local and international accounting standards and regulations
◦ Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
• Workflow Design & Process Optimization
◦ Design and implement efficient financial workflows across multiple companies
◦ Standardize accounting processes and improve operational efficiency
◦ Implement internal controls and best practices
• Cash Flow & Financial Planning
◦ Manage cash flow across multiple entities
◦ Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts and projections
◦ Provide strategic insights to support business growth and decision-making

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ACCA/CFA preferred)
• 6–8+ years of experience in accounting/finance, with leadership exposure
• Strong experience handling multi-entity and international accounting
• Proven expertise in financial compliance and reporting
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and financial planning
• Experience in process improvement and workflow design
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working with global/foreign entities
• Familiarity with ERP systems and financial automation tools
