Cordoba Financial Services Limited ("CFSL") secures Equity Investment

KARACHI: Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited (PSX: CLVL) has announced that its subsidiary, Cordoba Financial Services Limited (CFSL), has successfully raised new equity investment, issuing shares up to 20% of CFSL's equity. The first tranche of this investment has been received by the Company.

This strategic move is expected to enhance CFSL's leasing & investment financial services capabilities, thus strengthening its position in the financial services sector. The parent company, Cordoba Logistics & Ventures Limited, is principally engaged in logistics and other ventures, and this development shall mark a significant step in furthering its growth trajectory

The management anticipates that this infusion of capital will support CFSL in achieving its strategic objectives and derive sustainable value & thus profitability for its stakeholders.
