Rana Sikandar Hayat is indeed the Provincial Minister of School Education for Punjab, Pakistan. He assumed office on March 6, 2024, and has been a Member of the Provincial Assembly of the Punjab since February 2024, representing the constituency PP-183 Kasur-IX .

As the Education Minister, Rana Sikandar Hayat has been instrumental in introducing various reforms and initiatives to improve the education system in Punjab. Some of his notable achievements include reducing the cost of publishing textbooks, launching a crackdown on cheating networks, and introducing technological advancements in education.

Under his leadership, the Punjab government has also launched several programs to promote education, including a massive enrollment drive, a scholarship scheme, and a nutrition program for school children.
