Federal Minister for Finance and Revenue, Senator Muhammad Aurangzeb, met with a delegation of the American Business Forum (ABF), led by President Mr. Osman Khalid Waheed, to discuss Pakistan's economic outlook and business climate.
The Minister highlighted improvements in macroeconomic stability and reaffirmed the government's commitment to structural reforms, sustainable growth, and a business-friendly environment.
ABF members appreciated the reform agenda and shared key recommendations on tax rationalization, export incentives, and ease of doing business. Sector-specific discussions focused on opportunities in pharmaceuticals, IT, and digital services to enhance exports and attract investment.
Both sides agreed to continue close collaboration and dialogue to support Pakistan's economic transformation and enhance its position as a competitive investment destination.
