Happy Global Parents' Day!
Behind every child in school is a parent who believed in the power of education. At Premier DLC, we've seen firsthand how parents, especially mothers, have been the driving force in reducing out-of-school children rates, championing girls' enrolment (48% of students in our PPP schools are girls!) and rallying communities around one shared vision: quality education for all.
Through our School Management Committees (SMC) and community mobilization programmes, parents aren't just supporters, they're partners in building a better future. Because when a parent believes, a child achieves.

Breaking the Glass Ceiling with a Cricket Bat: Beacon Strikers and Beacon Warriors Made Historic Debut
BSS Premier League – Women’s Cricket Tournament 2026
In a first for the Beaconhouse Group, women from the head office stepped onto the cricket pitch not just to play, but to lead, collaborate, and rewrite the rules of participation. What started as a small idea has now taken its first bold strides onto the field, uniting colleagues from Premier DLC, Homebridge, UCS, ECD/Gymboree, and HR of BSS.
The occasion? A warm-up clash between two newly formed sides, Beacon Strikers and Beacon Warriors, took place on 12th April’26 for the BSS Premier Cricket League Tournament 2026. But this was never just a match. It was a statement for women to come forward from their office desks towards the batting pitch field.
Beacon Strikers set the tone early with 51/1 in just 4 overs! Beacon Warriors gave chase but fell short, finishing 37 runs behind with 1 wicket down.
This is only the beginning. What a start to the season!

Building a Reading Culture: Premier DLC Joins the World Book Day Conversation
This April 23rd, as the world celebrates World Book Day, Premier DLC Ltd reaffirms its belief that reading is not just a habit; it’s a social fabric for future generations.
In a fast-paced digital era, sustained reading sharpens critical thinking, fuels creativity and builds the empathy needed for effective leadership and collaboration. Readers are going back to non-digital spaces and taking on books that are real, reading with real books in their hands. At Premier DLC, we’ve seen firsthand how reading transforms individuals and teams.
Over the years, we have empowered 15,000+ students through providing them with libraries inside the PPP-acquired schools and cultivating the habit of reading. With access to 29,123+ books, our students have become critical-creative thinkers who reflect our core belief: informed minds build better futures.
This World Book Day, we invite our partners, clients, and team members to pause, pick up a book, and rekindle the joy of reading. Let’s grow together, one page at a time. One generation at a time and one mindset to change.
Happy World Book Day from all of us at Premier DLC.

Beaconhouse History in the Making | Women’s Cricket Teams - Strikers and Warriors
It’s official, history is in the making.
We are thrilled to announce the launch of the first-ever women’s cricket team initiative at Beaconhouse, proudly led by Premier DLC. Meet the Beacon Strikers and Beacon Warriors.
Under the exceptional mentorship of Madam Erum Ayub Rabbani and the guidance of Sir Ali Raza, and led by our passionate captains, Mariam Saeed Khan and Sehrish Iftikhar, their squads are ready to break barriers. We are gearing up for the BSS Premier Cricket League Tape Ball Tournament, but our journey has already started with the incredible energy and enthusiasm of every woman who raised their hand to be part of this.
A massive thank you to every single one of you who stepped up to be part of history. This isn’t just about a cricket tournament; it’s the first time a women’s cricket team initiative has been introduced in the Beaconhouse Group, and we couldn’t be prouder to lead this charge. This year is about representing the spirit of Beaconhouse women and rising above individual identities.
Here’s to breaking the glass ceiling with a cricket bat.
