One of the Prestigious School of Lahore Garrison Boys High School and Intermediate College is a premiere institution of Lahore Garrison Education System.
The foundation of Army Public School ( Azam Garrison ) was laid down by Maj. Gen Azam Khan in 1950. GBHS was established in 1963 when Azam Garrison was bifurcated so as to have separate School for Boys and Girls. The institution started with 161boys while staff members were only 7. Now there are 78 teachers for 1380 students. Recently the Boys School has been upgraded to the Intermediate Level and it has been named as Garrison Boys High School & Intermediate College .
