Initially it was located in College of Community Medicine, Birdwood Road, Lahore. Later it was housed adjacent to Punjab University New Campus. The associated teaching hospital is Jinnah Hospital, Lahore which was inaugrated on Febraury 2, 1996. The First Principal of AIMC was Prof. The Present Principal of AIMC is Prof.
