Women Empowerment Society in collaboration with Pink Ribbon organized a mental health seminar. It was an informative and interactive session. Good mental health is when you feel positive about yourself and cope well with the everyday pressures. If you experience issues dealing with everyday problems, it could be a sign of a mental health problem and should be addressed immediately.

WES is excited to break the stereotypes related to mental health issues with their mental health seminar, highlighting the major stigmas related to mental health, especially among males living in Pakistan society.

November is Men’s Health Awareness Month, which draws attention to prostate cancer, testicular cancer, and su***de prevention.
This month also marks an important time to talk about the mental health of men and how we can reduce stigma, do away with societal expectations and increase the likelihood of support uptake among men.
Therefore, WES aims to spread awareness that men’s mental and physical health is important and that all men (husbands, brothers, sons, fathers, colleagues, and friends) need support if they are going through distress and suffering

Wes x Pink Ribbon 🎀 collaborated to raise awareness regarding breast cancer at FCCU. WES held a fundraiser for the cause and encouraged student participation. A variety of informative and insightful brochures were shared with the students, ranging from breast cancer diagnosis to self examination and more. Furthermore, students were given pink ribbons that they loved.
