We love honey in all its forms and textures! The delectable and grainy texture of crystallised honey is something quite special. When honey crystallises, it's a sign of 100% pure and natural honey, just the way nature intended it to be! Cold wintery weather will also accelerate the process.

The thick and granulated texture means when you scoop it, you won't lose it! We love to use it the same way we use its liquid counterpart - on everything!

If the texture isn't for you, you can still use it! Dissolve it in tea, incorporate it into marinades, or used it as a glaze for roasted veggies. It's simply delightful!
