Our IBL students of the BBA Finance, Marketing, and HR (Session 2022-2026) organized a memorable Graduation Ceremony at IBL. The event was a wonderful celebration of their hard work, dedication, and achievements.

During the ceremony, our respected IBL faculty members distributed Certificates of Appreciation to the students in recognition of their efforts and accomplishments. A cake-cutting ceremony added joy to the occasion, and the event concluded with a group photograph to preserve these cherished memories for the future.

We are proud of all our graduates and wish them continued success in their academic and professional journeys.

The Department of Human Resource Management Sciences at IBL, AWKUM, is delighted to announce that Mr. Asfandyar Rahim, a PhD scholar, has successfully defended his PhD thesis titled:

The Role of Transformational Leadership in Corporate Entrepreneurship: A Case of Small and Medium Enterprise in Pakistan.

Mr. Asfandyar Rahim completed his research under the guidance of Dr. Fahad Sultan and Professor Dr. Muhammad Jehangir.

The external examiners were Dr. Waseef Jamal, Associate Professor at the Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar, and Dr. Amna Ali, Associate Professor at Iqra University, Peshawar.

With this achievement, IBL proudly marks the successful completion of its 50th PhD.

Congratulations to Mr. Asfandyar Rahim and the entire supervisory team on this academic milestone.

Ababeel Marketing & Developers Conducts Internship Drive at AWKUM Institute of Business Studies and Leadership

Ababeel Marketing & Developers, in collaboration with the Institute of Business Studies and Leadership at Abdul Wali Khan University Mardan, organized an Intern Intake Program on Thursday.

The company’s team visited the Institute of Business Studies and Leadership and conducted an interactive session with students, focusing on modern marketing practices, industry expectations, and career opportunities in the digital economy. Students actively participated in the session, showcasing their skills and enthusiasm for professional growth.

Following the session, students were interviewed by the Ababeel team. Based on the interviews, *20 students were offered paid internships* under the Ababeel Intern Intake Program. The selected students will gain hands-on experience and mentorship aimed at developing the next generation of marketing leaders and innovators.

The program is organized and supported by Ababeel Marketing Company as part of its commitment to bridging the gap between academia and industry.

The Institute of Business Studies and Leadership appreciated the initiative and expressed gratitude to Ababeel Marketing & Developers for providing AWKUM students with valuable exposure and career pathways.
