میں کربلا کے لہو لہو دشت میں
تجھے دشمنوں کے نرغے میں تیغ در دست
دیکھتا ہوں
میں دیکھتا ہوں کہ تیرے سارے رفیق
سب ہمنوا سبھی جانفروش
اپنے سروں کی فصلیں کٹا چکے ہیں

Air Commodore Naeem Akhtar has served Pakistan Air Air Force over 35 years in Operational branch. During his service he served on a number of staff, training and command appointments such as Adjutant, Instructor/ Officer incharge training, OC operations, OC unit , Director HR(AD Group) at AHQs and Base Commander.
He is a top graduate of Combat Commander's School, a professional efficency badge holder and a recipient of Tamgah-i- Imtiaz (M)
Moreover, he has vast experience of educational management leading by three different educatinal institutions such as FG Fazaia, Fazaia Education System School and Pakistan International School, Riyadh.

He has done MSc from National Defence University and achieved MBA(HR) degree from CBM Karachi.
