آج تک انڈکشن V کے 6,960 نئے بھرتی شدہ اساتذہ نے اپنی رجسٹریشن مکمل کر لی ہے۔ تمام وہ اساتذہ جن کی رجسٹریشن ابھی باقی ہے، ان سے گزارش ہے کہ وہ جلد از جلد اپنی رجسٹریشن مکمل کریں تاکہ یکم جولائی سے شروع ہونے والی انڈکشن ٹریننگ میں بروقت شرکت یقینی بنائی جا سکے اور وہ اس اہم تربیتی پروگرام سے محروم نہ رہیں۔

*Registration Desk for Induction Training – Phase V*

*1. I belong to District Mansehra. Why is my RPDC Centre automatically showing as Haripur?*

*Answer:*

RPDC Haripur is the designated Male Regional Professional Development Centre (RPDC) for the entire Hazara Region. Therefore, for male teachers, the system automatically assigns RPDC Haripur based on gender. This is normal and does not require any correction.

*2. I belong to District Mansehra. Where will my training be conducted?*

*Answer:*

For the convenience of trainee teachers, the District Professional Development (DPD) has provided an option in the Registration Desk for selecting a *Desired Training District.*

During registration, trainee teachers may choose their desired training district. Based on the number of registrations in a particular cadre and overall strength of trainees, the DPD will decide whether to establish a Camp Centre in that district or assigned them the relevant RPDC for training.

The final training venue will be communicated after the completion of the registration process and assessment of trainee strength.

*3. My school is located in the Winter Zone, but the registration form shows Summer Zone. Why?*

*Answer*:

The zone displayed in the registration form refers to the assigned RPDC, not to your school.

Since male teachers from District Mansehra are assigned to RPDC Haripur, which falls in the Summer Zone, the system automatically displays the Summer Zone. This has no impact on your school's actual zone classification.

*4. My name or personal information is incorrect in the Registration Desk. What should I do?*

Answer:

The Registration Desk retrieves teacher information directly from the school record and EMIS database.

If your name or any other personal information/credentials are incorrect, the Registration Desk provides a manual correction/editing option. Trainee teachers may enter the correct information during registration and submit the updated details accordingly.

*5. What is the difference between the Registration Desk and the Induction Portal Phase V ? Are both the same?*

*Answer:*

No, both are a bit different systems.

*Registration Desk Portal*

- Designed for trainee teachers to register themselves independently.
- Provides real-time data to DPD for planning and decision-making.
- Helps in the allocation of Camp Centres, Subject Experts, and other logistical arrangements.
- Teachers can update or correct certain information during registration.

*Induction Portal – Phase V*

- Managed and operated by designated IT Experts.
- Teachers cannot register themselves directly.
- Linked with the teacher's iEMIS profile.
- Only teachers available in the iEMIS database can be registered on the Induction Portal. So it is important for a Trainee Teachers to update their profile on iEMIS (HRIS) to get themselves registered on the Induction Portal.
- Teacher attendance in the training, Monthly Assessment, Practicum will be managed through Induction Portal Phase -V.

*6. I have already completed the two-month training. Should I still register?*

*Answer*:

Yes. Teachers who have already completed the two-month induction training during January–February are also required to register at the Registration Desk.

However, they must select the "Already Trained" option by ticking the relevant checkbox during registration. This helps maintain accurate and updated training records for all trainee

سیکریٹری صاحب کی ہدایات کے مطابق سمر کیمپ کے انعقاد کے باعث انڈکشن ٹریننگ جون 2026 میں شروع کرنے کا فیصلہ مؤخر کر دیا گیا ہے۔

اب انڈکشن ٹریننگ فیز V *یکم جولائی 2026* سے شروع ہوگا۔

تمام زیر تربیت اساتذہ سے گزارش ہےکہ رجسٹریشن کے لیے اپنے متعلقہ ار پی ڈی سی میں *بروقت حاضری* یقینی بنائیں، بصورت دیگر آپ کو دوبارہ موقع نہیں فراہم کیا جائے گا اور اس کی تمام تر ذمہ داری آپ پر ہو گی۔

رجسٹریشن مکمل ہونے کے بعد تربیتی سینٹرز کا تعین اور سنٹر میں تبدیلی کا فیصلہ متعلقہ سنٹر میں گنجائش کو مدنظر رکھ کر کیا جائے گا، جس کی اطلاع بعد میں فراہم کر دی جائے گی۔
