Welcome to NERC (National Engineering Robotics Contest)

NERC (National Engineering Robotics Competition) is a hands-on, learn-by-doing engineering contest, in which participants design and build a robot. The goal for the students is to design a machine that will be able to navigate its way around the playing surface with the robots being totally autonomous, so once a round begins, there is no human intervention! The goal of NERC is to teach students ab

As the countdown to the National Engineering Robotics Contest 2026 continues, preparations are underway for one of Pakistan’s most prestigious and anticipated engineering competitions. For decades, NERC has served as a platform where innovation, technical excellence, and engineering ingenuity converge, bringing together some of the brightest minds from institutions across the country.

From 11th to 13th June 2026, participants will once again step into an arena that represents far more than a competitive environment. It is a space where ideas are transformed into solutions, where challenges inspire innovation, and where future engineers demonstrate their ability to design, build, and execute under real-world constraints.

Every line, every obstacle, and every challenge within the arena is designed to test not only technical competence, but also creativity, teamwork, perseverance, and problem-solving abilities. It is here that countless hours of dedication, research, development, and refinement culminate in moments that define the engineering journey of participants.

As we move closer to NERC 2026, we look forward to welcoming teams from across Pakistan to an event that continues to inspire technological advancement, foster healthy competition, and strengthen the spirit of engineering excellence.

The stage is set. The challenge is defined. The arena stands ready to witness the next generation of innovators, creators, and leaders in engineering.

📣 THE OFFICIAL DATES HAVE BEEN REVEALED 📣

Yes. NERC 2026 will be held from 11th June to 13th June 2026.

Back in the day, we used to wait for confirmations like this with patience, not instant updates every five minutes… but here we are, in the era of speed and announcements 😌

So let it be known—mark your calendars properly, not in your phone notes that you will forget, but somewhere visible, like the good old handwritten planners.

📅 11–13 June 2026 — three days that will test preparation, patience, and pure determination.

Students will come prepared (some more than others), ideas will be presented, and yes, last-minute work will still somehow exist because some things never change.

This is not just a date announcement. It is a reminder that deadlines are real, preparation matters, and time waits for no one.

See you there.
