Madam Ella, Director of the Eastern European Universities Association (EEUA), attended the Women’s Day function held at the Russian Embassy Islamabad.
She extends her sincere appreciation to His Excellency Mr. Albert Khorev, Ambassador of the Russian Federation to Pakistan, for his kind invitation and warm hospitality.
During the meeting, several important matters were discussed regarding the betterment and facilitation of Pakistani students pursuing education in Russia. The discussions primarily focused on enhancing academic recognition and cooperation between the governments of Russia and Pakistan, strengthening student support systems, and expanding future opportunities for aspiring students.

Madam Ella Urtaeva attended the art exhibition featuring works by students of the Fine Arts Department of Peshawar University, held on 6 February 2026 at the Russian Embassy in Islamabad. She expressed her appreciation and was highly impressed by the creativity, skill, and artistic quality demonstrated by the students in their artworks.

Madam Ella attended a prestigious event on 26 November 2025 in Islamabad, held under the framework of the Russia–Pakistan Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific, and Technical Cooperation.
Madam Ella is very thankful to His Excellency Albert Khorev, the Russian Ambassador to Pakistan, for inviting her to the event. She appreciates His Excellency’s hard work and dedication in bringing the two countries closer together.
She also believes that this event successfully brought together key representatives from both countries, strengthening dialogue, cooperation, and mutual understanding in multiple sectors.
Madam Ella reaffirmed her commitment to contributing towards deeper educational and cultural cooperation between Russia and Pakistan.

Madam Ella, attended the Islamabad Police Shooting Competition on 15 November 2025 at Islamabad Police Head quarters, Pakistan.
She greatly admired the shooting skills of Pakistani youth, especially the young boys and girls who performed exceptionally well. Their confidence, discipline, and talent truly showcased the remarkable potential of Pakistani youth.
A big appreciation to the Islamabad Police for organizing such a professional and inspiring event.

The event took place at the Marriott Hotel, Islamabad, Pakistan, and was graced by the presence of *His Excellency Asif Ali Zardari, President of Pakistan, as the Chief Guest.*
