📌 اہم اجلاس برائے KPIs رینکنگ کے اہداف کا حصول

عزت مآب ڈپٹی کمشنر ساہیوال، کیپٹن (ر) سمیع اللہ فاروق کی ہدایات کی روشنی میں وزیراعلیٰ پنجاب کے KPIs کے تحت مقررہ اہداف کے بروقت اور سو فیصد حصول کو یقینی بنانے کے لیے تحصیل ساہیوال و تحصیل چیچہ وطنی کے اسسٹنٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسرز (مردانہ و زنانہ) اور ہائی/ہائیر سیکنڈری سکولوں کے سربراہان کے ساتھ اہم اجلاس منعقد ہوا۔

اجلاس میں تعلیمی اشاریوں کا تفصیلی جائزہ لیا گیا اور تمام متعلقہ افسران کو ہدایات جاری کی گئیں کہ مقررہ مدت میں اہداف مکمل کرتے ہوئے تعلیمی کارکردگی کو مزید بہتر بنایا جائے۔

چیف ایگزیکٹو آفیسر، ڈسٹرکٹ ایجوکیشن اتھارٹی ساہیوال، میاں محمد خالد عالم نے اپنے خطاب میں سختی سے ہدایت کی کہ تمام اہداف کے حصول کے لیے مؤثر اقدامات کیے جائیں اور مقررہ ٹائم لائن پر مکمل عملدرآمد یقینی بنایا جائے۔

اجلاس کے اختتام پر نمایاں اور اعلیٰ کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کرنے والے اسسٹنٹ ایجوکیشن آفیسرز کو ان کی خدمات کے اعتراف میں تعریفی سرٹیفکیٹس سے بھی نوازا گیا تاکہ ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جا سکے اور بہترین کارکردگی کے رجحان کو فروغ دیا جا سکے۔

سکول ایجوکیشن ڈیپارٹمنٹ (SED) کی جانب سے میرٹ، شفافیت اور بہترین تعلیمی قیادت کے فروغ کے وژن کے تحت ہیڈ ٹیچرز کی میرٹ پر مبنی تقرری کے عمل (Competitive Process) کے فیز-II کا آغاز کیا جا رہا ہے۔
یہ اقدام تعلیمی اداروں میں مؤثر قیادت، بہتر انتظامی صلاحیتوں اور تعلیمی معیار کو مزید مستحکم بنانے کی جانب ایک اہم قدم ہے۔

It is hereby informed that PECTAA's English Proficiency Training Program has received valuable feedback from the field. A significant number of participants have recommended conducting the training at the tehsil level to facilitate greater participation and ease of access for teachers.
In light of these constructive recommendations, and to ensure maximum benefit for all stakeholders, the training activities are being temporarily placed on hold to allow for further micro-planning and refinement of the implementation strategy.
The revised plan and updated schedule will be communicated promptly upon completion of the planning process. This measure is being taken to enhance the effectiveness, accessibility, and overall impact of the programme.
Your continued support and cooperation in the successful implementation of this important initiative are greatly appreciated.
