We were pleased to attend the IELTS Counsellors' Workshop conducted by the .
The session focused on IELTS test registrations, common challenges faced by students, and practical ways to better support them throughout the testing process. It was great to exchange insights, discuss solutions, and share experiences from the field.
Many of the challenges discussed reflected situations our team encounters regularly, making the session both relevant and engaging. We appreciated the opportunity to contribute our own experiences while learning from industry peers and the British Council team.
