𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬–𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 - 𝐏𝐓𝐌

Cadet College Swat held its Parents–Teacher Meeting on December 14, 2025. The meeting gave parents a meaningful opportunity to interact with teachers, discuss their wards’ academic progress, and gain insight into their overall grooming, discipline, and campus life.

The Principal, Brigadier Zahid Naseem Akbar (Retd), personally met the desirous parents and elders, listened attentively to their concerns, and welcomed their valuable feedback and suggestions. The event reflected CCS’s strong commitment to promote close cooperation between parents and the college, working together for the holistic development and well-being of every cadet.

Prof. Dr. Hassan Sher, Vice Chancellor, University of Swat, delivered a talk at Cadet College Swat on 13 December 2025 on “𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐁𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐅𝐮𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞: 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐍𝐮𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.”

Dr. Hassan highlighted the importance of applying biological knowledge to solve real-world problems such as environmental pollution and malnutrition. He emphasized the need for scientific awareness among youth and encouraged the cadets to take interest in real life observations.

The session was highly informative and invited many questions.
At the end of the session, Principal CCS Brigadier Zahid Naseem Akbar (Retd) appreciated and acknowledged the valuable contribution of the distinguished guest.

𝘼𝙩𝙩𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣: CCS is organizing an Alumni Get-Together for Swatians, specifically for alumni from the 1st Entry to the 8th Entry on 03 January 2026. Cadets from the 8th Entry who left the college after Class 10th are also invited. To register, please complete and submit the Google Form promptly.

𝐃𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐍𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 – 𝐉𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐚𝐡 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐬𝐞

A memorable Dinner and Social Night was held at Jinnah House on 29 November 2025. The evening began with the Dinner Night, where the Principal Brig Zahid Naseem Akbar (Retd) was invited as the Chief Guest. He interacted with the cadets and engaged in encouraging conversations to share ideas about the college activities.

The Social Night followed with Senior House Master (SHM) as Chief Guest, turning the atmosphere festive and lively. Cadets demonstrated their talents through songs, poetry, and the traditional Attan dance, creating a rich cultural and entertaining experience. The night also featured fun games like musical chairs and balloon bursting, which added excitement and laughter to the event.

The evening strengthened the bond among cadets and staff, promoting a spirit of unity, tradition, and enjoyment. It was a memorable night.

Cadets of Class X were briefed about pruning, chipping, and mulching. They performed these activities near the academic block. In the future, Cadet College Swat plans to develop this area into an outdoor biology lab, indicating diversity in plants and animals. We will create a plot for experiments, as well as a gathering and sitting area, to enable students and faculty to enjoy the nature within CCS.

𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐓𝐞𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐕𝐈𝐈𝐈 (𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲)

The entrance test for 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬 𝐕𝐈𝐈𝐈 – 𝟏𝟗𝐭𝐡 𝐄𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐲 was conducted on 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟐, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓, at examination centers, 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐭, 𝐒𝐰𝐚𝐛𝐢, 𝐏𝐞𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐫, 𝐊𝐨𝐡𝐚𝐭, 𝐑𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐥𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐢, and 𝐋𝐚𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐞.

The academic merit will be decided by 1st week of Dec 25 before the 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐩𝐡𝐚𝐬𝐞, of 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐬, scheduled to be conducted in the 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐞𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐃𝐞𝐜𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓.

Cross Country Competition at Cadet College Swat was held on 𝟭𝟴 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱. It tested the determination and endurance of the cadets.

𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗵𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗵, 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 (𝗡𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲) secured the 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗔𝗹𝘁𝗮𝗳, 𝗜𝗾𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 claimed the 𝟮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 and 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝘁 𝗦𝗵𝗮𝗵𝗲𝗲𝗿, 𝟭𝘀𝘁 𝗬𝗲𝗮𝗿 (𝗡𝗶𝘀𝗵𝘁𝗮𝗿 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲) came in at 𝟯𝗿𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. Despite two top spots being secured by Nishtar House, the 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘄𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗿 of the event was 𝗜𝗾𝗯𝗮𝗹 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲.

Cadet College Swat organized its Parents-Teacher Meeting and Open Sunday on November 2, 2025. The event provided parents with a valuable opportunity to meet teachers, discuss their wards’ academic progress, and observe their overall grooming and campus life.

The Principal, Brigadier Zahid Nadeem (Retd), remained available to every parent / elder and attentively noted their feedback and suggestions. The day highlighted CCS’s commitment to promote a strong partnership between parents and the college, ensuring the holistic development and well-being of every cadet.

𝕊𝕠𝕔𝕚𝕒𝕝 ℕ𝕚𝕘𝕙𝕥 – ℚ𝕒𝕕𝕖𝕖𝕣 ℍ𝕠𝕦𝕤𝕖

The social night of Qadeer House held in Sir Syed Block on 01 November 2025 was a lively and culturally rich event. The evening was filled with vibrant performances, including poetry, singing, qawali, and a special segment of poetry by the teachers, which added a personal and heartfelt touch to the program.

One of the most exciting highlights was the traditional Attan dance, performed with great energy and enthusiasm. It brought the audience to life and beautifully represented cultural pride and unity.

Overall, the event was a successful celebration of talent, tradition, and togetherness, leaving lasting memories for all who attended.

Cadet College Swat hosted Army Public School & College for a thrilling 8-over friendly cricket match, marked by energy, teamwork, and sportsmanship. APS&C set a target of 64 runs, but CCS chased it down in just 3 overs, thanks to Cadet Saad Ali’s explosive 45 runs, which included five sixes in a single over.

Colonel Imran Butt, the chief guest, praised the remarkable talent and spirit displayed by both teams. The match concluded on a high note, promoting camaraderie and further strengthening the bond between the two institutions.
