ETC is multidisciplinary studio for research and project development on territories in crisis.

ETC is working with NGOs, local authorities, public institutions, experts, researchers, … to conduct diagnosis, studies and evaluations, implement participatory processes and elaborate strategies for effective interventions.

Como parte de um novo projecto sobre habitat em Portugal, a ETC está a lançar uma primeira fase intitulada "sair da cidade", que se centra no êxodo urbano.

Devido à pressão do mercado da habitação, deixou Lisboa ou Porto para se mudar numa aldeia ou pequena cidade? Imaginou uma solução de habitat que corresponda às suas necessidades : Alojamento com relativos, habitação partilhada, auto-construção, projecto económico, revitalização de áreas despovoadas, auto-subsistência, ...?
