We are looking for a Digital Marketer to join our Growth team.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
You’ll be fitting a dynamic team and challenged every day in a fast-pace growing project with worldwide impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Paid Campaigns
Creation and Optimization: Google Display, Search, YouTube, Facebook Ads; Gmail; Snapchat; LinkedIn; Bing; Taboola; Reddit; Quora
Social media boost posts to help organic growth

- Website & App Performance
Behaviour Analysis and Reporting
Landing Page Optimization

- E-mail Marketing
Analysis and Strategy to achieve 1 to 1 communication based on behavior


REQUIREMENTS
Ideal profile:
2 years of experience as Digital Marketeer
Fluent in English (written & spoken)

Experience in:
Campaigns creation and optimization
Google Ads (Display and Youtube)
Facebook Ads

Nice to have experience in:
Landing Page Optimization
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Email Marketing

1.Integrar uma start-up com presença a nível mundial e crescente atratividade global
2. Integrar a equipa responsável pela construção de uma área de apoio ao cliente que ambiciona ser reconhecida pela sua excelência e inovação
3. Líder e membro da equipa de operadores e responsável pela coordenação da operação completa (em vários canais) de contacto ao cliente
4. Garantir a satisfação dos utilizadores e a sua retenção
5. Analisar e reportar o comportamento dos canais de suporte

PERFIL
Licenciatura completa
Conhecimento das ferramentas de Excel e PowerPoint – nível inicial
Experiência profissional anterior – não necessariamente na área de apoio ao cliente
Competências: organização, criatividade, proatividade, atenção ao detalhe, capacidade de trabalho em equipa, capacidade de auto-gestão para trabalhar de forma independente, foco em objetivos e resultados e muita vontade de aprender.
Capacidade outstanding de escrita em Inglês
Capacidade para detetar e solucionar problemas de forma eficiente e criativa
