Today, grinders, machines and smart tools help us achieve it with greater precision than ever before, which leaves more room for what really matters: a conversation, a familiar face, a sense of belonging.
Because coffee shops we’ll remember aren’t necessarily the ones with the most advanced equipment, they’re the ones where we felt welcome. And that’s still a human skill. 🫶🏻

Ending this week at The Coffee Shop Restaurant, one of those collaborations that have been part of our journey for years now. 😍
With 10 locations today, maintaining the same coffee experience across every bar takes ongoing attention and care. It’s the kind of work that never really ends - and probably shouldn’t. 🙌🏻
That’s the kind of work that rarely makes it into photos, but it’s often what makes the biggest difference over time. 🤍

Cold brew season is officially here. And with it come some of the most interesting conversations happening in coffee right now. 😎
Over the past few weeks, we’ve had the chance to contribute to three international articles for .official and , exploring topics like Nitro Coffee, ready to drink beverages, cold coffee systems, and the evolving role of cafés and hospitality.

At the time, Adrian was working with a passionate local UAE roastery - , when the opportunity came to help shape the specialty coffee experience at a luxury lifestyle hotel - a property that was genuinely curious about what coffee could mean for its guests, at a time when that curiosity was rare.
It was the kind of project that taught us something we have carried ever since. 🤎
That coffee in a luxury hotel is never just coffee. It is the most repeated moment of a guest’s stay. The one that happens before the day has properly started , without the guest even thinking of it as an experience. 💫

Some collaborations become more than projects. They become part of your story. 🤍
Today, celebrates 11 years - and somehow, it’s already been 5 years since we started building together what became our longest collaboration. 🎉
What makes us grateful isn’t just the time. It’s the trust. The trust to care about details. To build standards. To train, adjust, taste, rethink, and constantly refine - all for something that lasts only a few seconds in a guest’s hands, but stays much longer in their memory. ☕️
Happy 11 years to a team that understood from the beginning that coffee was never just coffee. 🎉🥂

We were taught that in hospitality, no detail is too small to matter. 🌟
Years later, working inside luxury hospitality - first as students of it at American Hotel Academy and then in exquisite hotels across three continents — we still believe that.
But there is one detail that keeps getting missed. Not the room. Not the service. Not the restaurant. The coffee. 🤍
A guest staying 4 nights can order it up to 12 times. More than any other single moment of their stay. ☕️
This carousel holds a few lessons we learned from those moments. Because in the end , great hospitality is rarely loud. It’s remembered in the smallest rituals.

We’ve just wrapped up a full weekend at - and honestly, it reminded us (again) why we love what we do. ❤️
Adrian had the privilege of being part of the jury for the National Brewing and Coffee in Good Spirits Championships. Being part of the process that shapes who will represent Romania on the world stage is a responsibility we carry with a lot of respect (and excitement too). 💪🏻☕️
Beyond the competition, there was something just as valuable: the people. 😍
Catching up with familiar faces, meeting new ones, sharing ideas, coffees, laughs - that kind of energy you only get when passionate people gather in the same place. Hard to describe, easy to feel. A mix of curiosity, creativity, and that shared obsession for doing things better, cup by cup. 🤩

Most coffee spaces don’t struggle because of the equipment. The equipment is rarely the real starting point. It reveals how clearly a space was imagined from the beginning. 💡
Across the projects we’ve worked on - in different markets and contexts, one thing keeps repeating: when the concept is clear, decisions become simple. When it’s not, everything becomes heavier than it should be.
